Terms of Service

By entering these Terms, and/or by using or accessing the Services, you expressly acknowledge that you understand these and accept all its terms.

Changes to these Terms

Dog D.A.E.S. may, amend the Terms and modify or update the Services from time to time. If we change these Terms, we will give you notice by posting the revised Terms on the Services. Please review this page periodically to ensure you are up-to-date with any changes.

Your Consent to Receive Calls, Text Messages, Emails and Other Communications

You expressly consent to receive and accept communications from Dog D.A.S.E. and their respective representatives, including via e-mail, telephone calls and text messages provided by you or on your behalf to Dog D.A.S.E. You agree that the foregoing authorized communications may be initiated for any transactional, customer service, advertising, marketing, promotional, debt collection, account administration or other purposes. Standard text messaging and data charges charged by your wireless service carrier will apply to text messages we may send. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to approve the receipt of calls and text messages at any telephone number you provide to us in connection with your account or your use of our Services and to approve any related carrier charges.


You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and you may only access and use the Services with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

Payment Terms for Pet Owners

As a Pet Owner, you understand that use of the Services may result in you owing fees to Dog D.A.S.E. for the pet care services you receive. Dog D.A.S.E will facilitate your payment through third-party payment processors. Payment of such charges are made directly by Dog D.A.S.E. All services are billed on a monthly basis and invoices are sent mail or electronically. All invoices are due by the 15th. Any one time services will be billed and due prior to the service beginning. We will process your payment payments based on which billing choice was chosen. Once you request a pet care service, you agree to pay Dog D.A.S.E. the agreed-to price and honor the other terms of such booking. You may choose to cancel your request for services with a 24 hour notice, in which case you are subject to a cancellation fee.

After you have received services or goods obtained through the Services, you will have the opportunity to rate your experience and leave additional feedback.

In addition to the above fees, you understand and acknowledge that you may incur charges in connection with your receipt of pet care services. Such Charges may include some combination of the following: (1) cancellation fee, (2) service fee, (3) trust and safety fee, and (4) other fees

From time to time, Dog D.A.S.E. may have promotions, offers, credits, rewards, subscriptions or referrals links or codes to our customers. Such Promotions will be provided, by email or otherwise made available electronically. Such Promotions are only valid for redemption through the Services and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Each Promotion is a limited time offer and is valid only for the time and purpose and under the terms and conditions specified therein, which may include eligibility, time and location requirements.

You acknowledge and agree that Dog D.A.S.E. may limit or temporarily or permanently suspend your use of or access to the Services if: (1) you have provided inaccurate, fraudulent, outdated or incomplete information regarding a payment method, (2) any amounts you owe for pet care services are overdue or in default, or (3) Dog D.A.S.E believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to protect the personal safety or property of Dog D.A.S.E., our users, any third-party payment processor or third parties, or to prevent fraud or other illegal activity.

Consent to Pet Care Provider Photo and Video Activities

As a Pet Owner, you understand and agree that Dog D.A.S.E. employees may take pictures, videos, and other forms of recorded media of your pet during providing services to you. You further understand and agree we may post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide any such pictures, videos, or other forms of recorded media to our social media platforms and your pets report cards. You understand and agree that such recorded media may be used to assist quality control, safety, and promotional and marketing activities.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to not provide the Services to any person. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s right to access the Services at any time, in our sole discretion, for any reason (or no reason at all), including, without limitation, with respect to Pet Owners.

Privacy Policy

What information do we collect? When visiting the website, you may provide us with personal information: you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis Service Request information: You are providing information about yourself, your pets, and the services you are looking for when filling out our contact page on, or when registering for email newsletters and alerts. Any information you add will be stored within Dog D.A.S.E Service Applications Services that require a FREE initial consultation, you will be providing information about yourself and your pets. Any information you add is stored by client files and remains inside the Dog D.A.S.E company Email and texting information If you choose to correspond with us through email or texting, we retain the content of your email messages together with your email address, phone number, and our responses.

How do we use the information that you provide to us?

We use personal information for purpose of administering and expanding business activities and providing customer service. When entering into alliances with third parties, information is used to facilitate our business, including, but not limited to, sending emails and processing credit card payments. We do not sell, trade, or rent user’s personal identification information to others We may use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our website, new services, and special offers we think you will find valuable. As our client, you can notify us of your desire to not receive these offers by sending us a request. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on our Web site to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it. We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on us or affiliated parties; (b) protect and defend our rights and property, our site, the users of our site, and/or our affiliated parties;(c) act under circumstances to protect the safety of users of our site, us, or third parties.


  • Locked gate fee: $5 – if a technician comes to the house for a service and cannot access the backyard to complete service
  • Larger yards: $3 to $10 – if yard is larger than average sized home (¼ acre) and additional fee may be applied. This will be discussed during initial phone call and confirmed at 1st visit
  • Cancellation fee: $10 – if pet companion comes to house for sitting/walking and service is not needed. (24 hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.)
  • Holiday fee: $10 – if you require a dog waste removal or disinfection service ON a holiday. (New Years, Memorial Day, Good Friday, Easter, 4th of July, Labor day, Halloween, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving)


  • Cannot be redeemed for cash. All sales final.
  • Can be set for any value ranging from $20 – $1500
  • Have 12 months to redeem, after $5 per month maintenance fee to cover the cost to keep account open. Will be deducted from stored value until it is redeemed in full or depleted.


Option 1 – Pay over the phone through square

Option 2 – Pay by setting up an auto-payment.

Option 3 – Pay by money order.

All services are billed on a monthly basis. Invoices will be sent either by mail or electronically. Whichever is more convenient for you. All invoices are due by the 15th. One-time services will be billed and due prior to the service beginning.

If invoices are not paid within 15 days of the invoice date the greater $5 or 10% total bill late fee will be applied. Total outstanding balance of services rendered must be paid in full, and services may be cancelled, or prepayment required to maintain continued service.
